One Thing

If we were to say one thing to everyone about the poisoned drug crisis, it would be this:

Using substances and drug-related harm can affect anyone, regardless of age, gender, race, or socio-economic status. All of us must approach this health crisis with compassion, empathy, and evidence-based solutions that prioritize harm reduction, prevention, treatment, and recovery. We need to address the underlying social causes of the crisis, such as poverty, social dislocation, and trauma, all of which contribute to people using substances and drug-related harm. By working together as a community, we can reduce the stigma and discrimination associated with people who use substances, and create a safer, healthier, and more equitable society for all.

Ask yourself – what will YOU do today that will make a difference?
